Hardware Support

• The customer is provided with some emergency spares along with the machine.
• Additionally, in case of any issue faced with the machine, PAR’s service engineers are sent with all necessary spares.

Software Support

• At the time of installation, PAR engineers provide complete training to customer technicians regarding operation and effective usage of the software.
• Post the initial training, complete software support is provided from our end. Any software changes/ upgrade is taken care of at the customer's end.
